Recently, the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) updated its financial company complaint database - AFCA Datacube.
The AFCA Datacube is updated every six months, with data on complaints received during the six months from July 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. It mainly targets financial companies that have received four or more complaints during the cycle.
Among all foreign exchange traders, OzForex received the highest number of complaints in the second half of 2022, reaching 19; Subsequently, HIFX, Vantage Global Prime, and World First received 9, 5, and 4 complaints, respectively.

Up to 57 FTX complaints within six months
Among derivatives traders, FTX Australia received the most complaints, with 57 complaints received within six months. International Capital Markets and Mex Australia ranked second and third in terms of complaints, with 16 and 10 complaints respectively.
AFCA Datacube is part of AFCA's commitment to providing data access to companies and consumers in a transparent and useful manner. The data from Datacube provides statistical support for member companies to conduct industry comparisons, and can also help consumers and small businesses make wise choices when purchasing financial products and services.

Now, the AFCA Datacube official website can query data from November 1, 2018 to the present. If you need it, you can go to the website to check the complaints of Australian traders.
