Aihuicha, November 23: On November 22 local time, German Prime Minister Schultz held intergovernmental talks with visiting Italian Prime Minister Meloni in Berlin, reached a joint action plan between the two countries, and decided to establish a 2+2 meeting mechanism with the participation of the foreign and defense ministers of the two countries to regularly discuss the diplomatic and security issues faced by the two countries. The two prime ministers also expressed support for continuing to assist Ukraine. In the field of economic cooperation, the two countries have decided to jointly promote the construction of a hydrogen pipeline from North Africa to Bavaria, Germany, via Italy. This pipeline, also known as the "Central South Hydrogen Corridor," is expected to reach an annual hydrogen transmission capacity of 10 million tons by 2030.
