Affected by the FTX bankruptcy case, dozens of public figures who had previously promoted the FTX cryptocurrency exchange have been sued by FTX victims, including former NBA star Shaquille O'Neal.

Moskowitz, a law firm representing victims of the FTX bankruptcy case, tweeted on Monday (April 17th):
The FTX class action lawsuit involving $1 billion has just been delivered to Shaquille O'Neill's house. His camera has recorded our lawsuit delivery service
The acting lawyer stated that Shaquille O'Neill had been "running away" from them for three months, and they had tried multiple times to serve litigation documents for O'Neill at different locations, but were all rejected.
According to the lawsuit, O'Neill will be required to appear in federal court to explain to the public his campaign to endorse false advertising for FTX.
Previously, O'Neill had been very supportive of FTX, but after the collapse of the FTX cryptocurrency exchange, the former basketball star said, "I just acted as a paid advertising spokesperson," in an attempt to distance himself from FTX.
