Recently, well-known securities firm STARTRADER (Aiwei Zhitou) has been facing constant customer complaints. Is it because the platform itself has problems or because it has encountered difficult customers? Ai Huicha lists several examples of customer complaints to analyze for everyone.

Order trading slides to 3000 points, sliding points out of the sky

User A complained that in a wealth management communication group, a customer manager who claimed to be on the Australia Star Mai platform added me to WeChat. Not long after, under its marketing campaign, I opened an account and deposited money on the platform. However, not long ago, I had already placed an order for CPI data, and found that the platform had serious slippage points, directly reaching 3000 points, leading to account losses and exposure.

Afterwards, User A contacted the customer manager and did not expect the customer manager to directly deny the issue of high platform slip points or compensate for it, citing high market conditions and CPI data. Such exaggerated slip points are extremely rare on normal platforms.

When the market is generally high, there are indeed sliding points on the platform. There are two main reasons for the occurrence of sliding points: one is intentional sliding points by traders, and the other is that the service cannot keep up with the sliding points due to excessive fluctuations in exchange rates. Within a reasonable range, there is no room for criticism. However, it cannot be ruled out that some platforms fish in troubled waters and intentionally slide points based on market conditions.

By sliding points, the transaction price is not conducive to customers, and banks and traders are profitable. Some banks even privately agree on sliding point sharing when signing cooperation agreements with traders. Of course, this situation generally does not occur when conducting foreign exchange transactions on formal platforms.

Unjustified deduction of user principal

Investor B complained that in April last year, they saw 15% of STARTRADER's gold deposit activities, and after checking the platform's supervision, they started to deposit funds. The customer manager said that after two months of operation, User B had a total deposit of 6210 US dollars and suffered multiple losses during the period, with a deposit of 2331 US dollars and a loss of 3879 US dollars on the platform.

On May 19th last year, the platform suddenly deducted Investor B's principal of $211 and banned him from trading. The platform's behavior does not provide a reason, and this behavior of blackmailing user principal does leave traders puzzled. What is the difference between this and openly grabbing?

Due to heavy holdings, a deduction of profit of $13500 has been made

User C complained that STARTRADER had unreasonably deducted $13466.7 from its normal profits, and the reason was quite peculiar: he claimed that his position was too heavy and he lacked the ability to manage and control risks. In addition, the platform also grossly interferes with user C's trading account, prohibits transactions, illegally deducts profits, revokes user accounts, and belongs to banditry behavior.

Ai Hui Cha Reminder

When choosing a trading platform, investors not only need to first understand whether the platform has obtained the corresponding legal license and regulatory agency certification, but also need to examine whether it has a good reputation and credibility. A platform with a good reputation is reassuring to use, while a platform with a bad reputation has a trading experience similar to a black platform, which is very frustrating. It is recommended that investors stay away from platforms with poor reputation and protect their trading safety and rights.
